Bloody Mary shrimp are a type of red freshwater shrimp that are easy to care for and make a great addition to any aquarium. These are the most popular shrimps in the hobby, with a fresh blood shade to them.

In which there are many different ways to grade these amazing shrimps with low, medium & high grades. Breeding: Bloody Mary shrimp are fairly easy to breed, and females will carry the eggs for about 30 days.

The bloody Mary shrimps will come under one of the highest grade for a red shrimp, which causes these to be one of the liveliest and most popular as stated above. I have many for sale due to breeding them in 12 separate aquariums to guarantee & insure you will receive the best of the best.

Lucky for some, these Shrimps are not hard maintenance with them usually liked being left alone (such as less water changes. Some shrimps do not like sudden water changes or temp spikes) A lot of algae will cause these shrimps to thrive. All my aquariums will have a 20% water change every 2 weeks to guarantee the customers receive the best of the best.

Bloody Marys can live from 1-2 years depending on the environment they are in, after purchasing I will safely place all live stock into a new oxygenated bag with fresh live plants to also keep it oxygenated for journey back. If purchasing online I will follow the same steps above, but also put them into a small sturdy box with a tiny heating matt to lower chances of stress whilst being imported.

Bloody Mary Shrimp are known to be excellent algae eaters, although they are not picky eaters and will consume any food provided to them, Which will keep your aquarium in perfect condition = less maintenance & water changes.
